Welcome to Mandarin Oriental Residences

The Mandarin Oriental, located in the City Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, is part of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. The Residences at Mandarin Oriental it has approximately 225 condominiums located on the top floors of the 392-room tower hotel, with a club and private lobby. Parking on this is provided by an 8-story tower located south of the Madarin Oriental Hotel and an underground parking lot below a shopping center. The residences in the Mandarin Oriental were made public for sale in February 2007. More than 90 percent of the residences were sold in less than 14 days, generating more than 600 million Dollars in sales.

The hotel was designed by KPF Architects, with mixed residential interiors by Kay Lang & Associates, and Paige & Steele Interior Architects. Residential condominiums will have an oriental design. The hotel received the award of LEED Gold on November 20, 2009.

The Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas opened on December 5, 2009.
