Meet Rebecca

If you’ve met Rebecca, then you already know she exudes being a unique and exceptional professional with an easy laugh, high energy disposition, and a sharp, open mind.
 
With 18 years of experience in real estate, licensed in Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, she’s beyond the transaction focus approach and instead strives to connect with her clients, learn what their motivators, goals, and dreams are, as she is motivated by helping people seize the biggest life they possibly can.
 
She has penetrated deeply into the niche of Luxury Buyer and Seller representation and specializes in areas such as New Luxury Highrise Sales, Developer Representation, Seller and Buyer resale representation, feasibility studies, transaction management, and off-market sales. She’s a bookish real estate Broker with a hunger for knowledge in her craft, and she approaches learning with a beginner’s mind. You’ll find within her a hybrid of sophistication and down-to-earth brass tax approach. She prides herself on her listening skills and strives to understand what all parties need, which in turn helps her in being a self-titled Negotiation Creative Solution Specialist, pulling from her vast background and connections to pull deals together that otherwise might not be realized. 
 
As a Luxury Home Specialist with an average sales price of $1.7MM. She’s bullish about her clients’ properties and capturing the highest value possible based on their timeline and needs. Treating the sale as though it’s her own property, don’t be surprised if she offers to roll up her sleeves to ensure the property is putting its best foot forward. For the Buyers looking for representation, she loves to share her knowledge and strives not to just help them on this opportunity, but to discover what their big goals are and to help them build or shift their own real estate portfolio. It’s an abundant world, and she wants to help you realize it. You’ll often hear her reference wanting to discover what “tools” are in the listing broker's tool belt, meaning she’s going to do her best to ensure your offer has the most value she can extract for you in your purchase. Additionally, she doesn’t walk away when deals get complicated and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to have the hard conversations to get the deal to come together. 
 
Most of her clients have done multiple transactions with her and entrust her with their friends and family by referring them to her due to her caring and clear presentation, depth of knowledge, and ability to exceed expectations. Rebecca comes from a diverse background and was a military wife for 16 years. Growing up in the countryside of Colorado and later traveling all over the US, she has a degree in Natural Science and was a Mammal Trainer at the Virginia Marine Science Museum before venturing into Real Estate.
 
In her off-time, you will find her playing Frisbee with Lady Annabella “Bella”, her sidekick miniature poodle she jokingly refers to as “the Closer”, skiing, biking, cooking holistic foods grown from her own garden, traveling internationally, and is a strong proponent for consciousness expansion. If you see her on the street, give her a honk and you’re sure to get a big smile and wave and maybe even an invite to the dog park!

Meet Lady Annabella “Bella”

Bella, also known affectionately as “The Closer”, brings her own unique contribution to Rebecca Lee Real Estate. Born into a real estate family, Bella has 13 years experience evaluating real properties for their fit for fur babies. She has informed and continues to advise and certify homes for what makes a property worthy of the highly coveted Bella Gold Paw certification. To earn this prestigious recognition a property must exhibit elements conducive to a well lived life for our furry family members. Such elements include:

  • Fenced yards, Dog run or dog park within a relatively short distance
  • If it’s a condo, it must be a pet friendly community
  • Be a pet walkable area (sidewalks - yes cats, bunnies, iguana’s get walks too! We don’t discriminate)
  • Have acreage for roaming
  • Pet wash station on property or close by
  • Close to dog parks, pet friendly cafe’s, restaurants and shops with outdoor seating

Meet and greets with The Closer are available upon request. Often the best time is Staging Day. And if you’re wondering, Bella gets paid in adoration, treats at a clients home and the occasional “pup patty” or "pup cup" from our local drive through after a successful day. On the personal side, Bella loves going for bike rides in her basket, playing frisbee, chasing shadows and looses her mind at the end of a long day and we find ourselves in a drive through - because food comes through car windows don’t you know!
